Return Policy

We have a 14 day return policy. This means that you can submit a return report within 14 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition you received it, unworn and unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You also need the purchase receipt or other proof of purchase.

If your return has been accepted, you will receive further information via email. Note: dThe consumer bears the direct costs for returning the product (€ 5.75). Items returned without submitting a return notification will not be accepted.

Note: The above link does not work for returning merchandise items! In this case, please send an email toinfo@blackswoosh.comwith the order number and reason for return.

Refund 

We will notify you when the item has been received and checked and the return has been accepted. If this is accepted, you will receive the purchase amount back via the payment method used. Take into account the processing times of your bank or credit card provider
